Connectima at IFAT 2026 in Munich

Two days of IFAT in Munich are behind us and we are taking back many good conversations, new impressions and lots of energy.

The atmosphere on site

What was striking was the enormous turnout. The halls were packed, the booths bustling, and the conversations intense. The industry was present, and you could feel it. IFAT brings the entire environmental technology market together in one place.

What particularly struck us at Connectima during our conversations with exhibitors at IFAT was how many were pleasantly surprised by the number of visitors, the quality of the discussions, and the energy on the exhibition grounds. The atmosphere was positive, in some cases even better than expected . This aligns with our own impression: the industry is dynamic, and this was clearly evident at IFAT. For us, as a specialized recruitment consultancy in process engineering and filtration, IFAT is more than just an opportunity to see technologies. It's the place where digital connections become personal ones. Where you reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones. Where you get a real sense of what's currently on the minds of the industry, directly through conversation.

New with us: sustainable business cards

This year, we opted for sustainable business cards instead of paper ones. A small detail, but one that was well-received. Practical, straightforward, and somehow fitting for a trade fair focused on the resources of tomorrow. Is this the future? We think it was at least a good start.
