Our approach

Initial conversation

We get to know each other: by phone or video. Not a formal interview, but an open conversation about your background, your experience and what you envision for the future.

Assessment

Together, we look at which positions and companies could match your background and expectations. When we have something suitable, we present it to you with all the relevant information.

Presentation

Only with your explicit consent do we forward your documents. We prepare you for the interview and are available for questions afterwards.

Guidance

Even after an offer, we remain available for questions – whether about contract terms, salary expectations or simply for a general assessment.

Helpful topics for preparation

The CV

We read many great CVs. But we also notice that some people have simply been in their position for a long time and their last application process was a while ago. What has changed, what is expected today? We have compiled tips and created a CV template for our network.

Job interview

Whether in person or by video – an interview you have prepared for feels different. We have compiled which questions are typically asked, what lies behind them and which questions you should ask yourself, so that both sides can gain a comprehensive picture of one another.

LinkedIn & Visibility

An up-to-date LinkedIn profile is now standard in many industries. But what should be included, and what shouldn't? How visible do I want to be, and what does that mean if I am still employed?

Changing jobs after long tenure

Anyone who has been with a company for ten years or more faces different questions than someone who changes every three years. How do I explain my career path? How do I position my experience? How do I deal with uncertainty?

The speculative application

Many positions in filtration and process engineering are never publicly advertised. How to apply speculatively in a targeted way and start a conversation, what matters and further tips and advice from us – we have compiled all the important details in our article.

Salary expectations

A topic many underestimate: when do I name a figure, and when don't I? What is realistic for my industry and experience level? We are happy to give you an honest assessment – based on what we are currently observing in the market.
